Default Harbor Freight Blades

I bought them, tried them?? They barely turn, they do not cut? Is there some secret?

I bought blades at harbor freight, also, but have not tried them.

I bought one pack a few months ago. I am still on the first blade. It works great...lasted longer than the Olfa I put in new and went dull on me almost immediately while making my Lil' Twister wallhanging. I like them so far!

Is it possible you have more than one blade in your rotary cutter....easy mistake to make as they really stick together.

Are you sure you only have 1 blade loaded? Be careful when getting them apart because you can get cut real easy... Also, do you have the screw and spring washer in correctly? (if you have the spring screw)...

If that doesn't work, take them back for another pack. I use them and get about 3, sometimes 4 quilts cut from them. Average size quilt for twin. I don't press hard and only cut up to 4 thicknesses.

I just purchase one pack and I hate them. Same problem. Won't cut even one layer of fabric. In the trash they went.

I've used them, and they are hit or miss.. I will continue with them, as they are much cheaper than brand..
