Default Is This Quilt a "Traditional" or "Innovative" Design?

I'm going to enter this quilt in a show and the application asks if the quilt is "Traditional Design" or "Innovative Design." Here is what the application says: "Traditional and Innovative refer to design, not to construction techniques. Innovative entries should emphasize innovation in design."

I have no idea what these terms mean and don't know which one to pick for the application. Which do you think it is?

(Sorry for the inadequate picture. It's the only one that was small enough to post.)

I can't help with your question, but I wanted to say how fantastic this is. Love the floating cubes and your color choices. Good luck at the show!

I'd say it is innovative, and a neat design too!

I see lots of traditional blocks presented in an innovative way, so I would say innovative. It's a wonderful quilt, and I'd love to know more about it. Is it an original design, or is there a pattern available? Was it hard to make?

Wonderful! Absolutely gorgeous and most importantly unique. I would classify it as innovative. Good luck. I have not seen other entries into the show but I seriously think that you have a winner.
