Use plastic soda bottle caps inside the YoYo for stability.

I've seen the Sudoku quilt's, I thought about making a grid board and keep the 9 sets of 9 blocks separate so you could have a different game each time. Any ideas?

Mancala could work, yo-yos or yarn balls there too. Love your idea by the way!

I just made a Monopoly quilt top. The fabrics and pattern were from Quilted Treasures, I believe. i will post it soon. Before that, I made a QBert quilt, which is an old video game. There are pics of it on the older section of the Pictures. My son, who is 29, collects board games, and most of the quilts I've made him are from video games. I think they are coming out with Scrabble fabric, too, so I think that will be the next one.

I made a quilt for my father in law's cabin....it was made of 2 1/2" squares then had black fabric strips through out. It was a maze with the black strips, only one went from one side to the other. Then the other game on the quilt was there were only 2 squares that were the same fabric, so you had to find the matching fabrics.

I have started a checkerboard and will make the game pieces by cutting out round circles (2 1/2") and fusing to double sided fusible material. I have made a Sudoku quilt a couple of years ago using African fabrics. I want to make a larger one with actual Sudoku theme fabric I purchased for the backing and random numbered squares. Patterns were available for Bacgammon and Parcheesi a few years ago for purchase. There may be others as well. Also, I have seen patterns for a crossword puzzle and puzzle pieces.

Has anyone made the Fons and Porter Bingo game? It was printed in one of their magazines about 5 years ago.
