Judith1005 party line comment reminded me of when we had party lines on our phones and everyone had a distinctive ring. Many a time the neighbors would all get on to chat.

It's a wonderful place to come to discuss about anything. I live in a small valley. Moved here 4 yrs ago. No close friends. I come here in the morning, and then do what needs to be done around the house and spend afternoon's doing some quilting.
