My dh finally went to the Quilt store & purchased all that was on my wish list including fabric. One of the presents is the Marti Michell log cabin ruler, he was surprised at the cost but as he says all his tools are expensive, so if it gets the job done correctly it is worth it. What a dear! By the way it took a few years to get him to go!
