Go to as many as you can. They were all different and I loved every one. I can't remember where but in one shop there was a quilt laid out that some of the Amish ladies were working on.

There's a thread called "My Trip to Ohio" by Cathi in PA on page 12. She tells about her trip to the Berlin fabric shops and surrounding area and several other members contribute more info. There's some nice stores with great prices in Amish country. I live about 40 minutes away from Berlin, but I haven't been there in over a year. Have fun on your shopping trip!

Sandy

If you are going to Berlin, you must also visit Charm. Charming town, great quilt shop and gift shops plus fatastic restaurant. Don't be on diet when visiting the Amish area.

I like Zink's. Great prices. Miller's Dry Goods is a little out of the way, but definately worth the drive. Fabrics are priced like about anywhere else, but there is a great selection. Zinks is hit-or-miss with selection and carefully check quality, the the prices are great.

Have a great time!
