my wife is doing a quilt and she would like to know the best way to get her blocks on the front inline with the blocks on the back of the quilt.

accurate measuring is important. Make sure every block is the same and every sashing (fabric between the blocks) is the same size. sew the quilt in rows first. Then pin the rows together and sew.

good luck!

I stick a pin through front & then look at back to see where it comes through. Then shift back to make adjustments. But 1st fold both the front & back & stick a pin in the center fold. Then when putting the sandwich together work from the center to outer edges using the pin through both layers to check alignment.
