quilting with lace

I would love to incorporate lace in a quilt. Has anyone suggestions? I bought eyelet lace a few months ago just to find out it wasn't 100 % cotton. What a disaster when I ironed it. Live and learn. Could someone point me to a side where I can buy eyelet lace. I really appreciate it.

I was more thinking of lace you can cut into squares, etc.
Not the kind of lace as mentioned. Actually, I cannot think of the correct name - Karin

Is it eyelet fabric you are looking for? This site has two styles of eyelet fabric, both are 100% cotton, in lots and lots of colors. http://www.onlinefabricstore.net/eye...let-fabric.htm
