I inherited a grandma quilting supplies which included loads of material and a few unfinished quilt tops one quilt is a single heart covering the whole quilt, I've tried to find the pattern but have been unsuccessful. Does any know what this pattern is called and where I can find it?

I have never made one, but that looks like a Barghello quilt. Should be easy for you to find online, or you could take it into your local quilt shop and ask whatever questions you might have about finishing it.
