Sew great to see the results of all those stitches of love bringing a hug and some comfort to our vets. also thanks for info about being able to send fleece quilts, have at least a gazillion fleece squares that have just been ear-marked for vets comfort hugs.

Thank you for sharing these photo's. I'll probably have this lump in my throat all day, but it was good to see these quilts covering our most precious young men and woman, it's good to participate in the honorable cause. Ya know, "Freedom is not Free" God Bless

Luvstoquilt301, Thank you for posting the information about the National Geographic program. I "watch" a lot of National Geographic shows while I quilt, so I will definitely be tuned to this one.
Your quilts are beautiful! That first one, the log cabin, is especially wonderful, but then again I never met a log cabin I didn't like. Somewhere in the drab, dirty, messy areas of our world those quilts are the brightest spots in the lives of 3 soldiers. Thanks to you and to all the quilters on this board who makes quilts for the service personnel.

Wow..these made me cry...my son was killed in Ramadi Iraq..he died in route to Bagdad....hard to watch but glad to see the soldiers are receiving love quilts to keep them as comfortable as possible...blessings

now i am having a heart warming cry. that just makes me so happy to see that the quilts are being used for comfort as they were meant for. God bless all of you who are making quilts for these men and women.

What an awsome story to see & read this morning. What a blessing they are to us & our country. Thanking all the ladies who participated in making these quilts for our Soldiers..I have forewarded this to quilters as well as non quilters & hope to inspire them as it has inspired me.
