I have several wallhangings that I can change with the seasons. I have the perfect spot above the mantle. The problem I have is changing them.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to change it easier than getting the 8' step ladder?

Can you use those long sticks they use at Kohl's to get clothes off the upper racks? it's got a little v in one end to hold onto the hanger. You could maybe get two, one for each side of the curtain rod???

What about those long grabber things... Not a very good description sorry

It has a handle that you squeeze , is a long piece of metal and the other end has a hinge type thing to grab things . Let me see of I can find a pic. Found a link

I showed DH your suggestion. He laughed but wasn't ready to be the one holding the wallhanging.
