Where can I find/buy the twister pattern, ruler and instructions? Can I make a ruler? How do you make the pattern?

http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-112624-1.htm has a good tutorial for mini quilt.

If you want to make a table runner or wreath you will need to make adjustments with your beginning grid.

If you do a 'search' for twister tutorial you'll find lots of helpful info.
