I have recently read heard about batting from Midwest Non Wolvens. Has anyone used this? If you have, what are your thoughts about it. Very reasonable in price.

back in the late 70's early 80's my mom made many denim quilts and bought her batts from Midwest Nonwovens---i assume that's who you mean-
they were nice batts- and inexpensive
what i remember most about them was their loft---they were quite thick-
i did not know they were still around-
she also back then bought (bales) of denim jeans from Sears for something like $10
her, her husband and my siblings lived in a lighthouse back then and used heavy- warm quilts on their beds- and they sold them in the little gift shop during the tourist season.

Thank you for your reply. I was wondering about the loft. It is only sold in large amounts so I was wanting to feel comfortable in my purchase. I guess I will do more investigating before purchasing.
