After being stabbed and jammed w/ straight pins for the millionth time, I went through and replaced them all w/ safety pins.

They're called SAFETY pins for a reason.

Good for you. Now you need to get yourself one of these kwik clips for easier and faster removing of the safety pins.

Dont forget the colorful covers for the bent safety pins.
With a Joanns coupon its not too bad a price, other wise they run over $10.00
I love the bent pins also.

If you don't have (or want) the Kwik clip thingie...use a grapefruit spoon or crochet needle to close up all those pins. Works great...no sore fingers.

I use one of my nut pickers from the nut cracker set. The ridges in the handle end are perfect for keeping the pin in place!
