I am saving/collecting old jeans to make dog beds...I have several family members in line for them (their dogs, not them).

Cute. I would likely only have the back of any overall as when they are ready for the rag bag, the fronts are really ratty and mended many times. :-)

Ladies,

Operation Quiet Comfort needs people to make their denim quilts for our Wounded.

Check them out at : www.operationquietcomfort.com

I have made and donated over 40 of the Four Freedoms Gratitude Quilts.

here is a picture of one of the aprons I have made out of bib overalls. The neat thing is you get two aprons from one overall. I like to giddy them up with lots of left over bit and pieces.
that is just wonderful! Did you make a pattern for it?

it has sure been fun to see what all you wonderfully creative ladies have done with your denim! I need to take pix of my projects too!
