yes, 4 blocks the same. I love the blue fabric but it was a royal stinker to get to hold a crisp pressing because of the pearly paint stuff on it.

Uh Oh! I just noticed an odd ball on the left spinning the wrong way! I think I'll leave it that way for fun. That one is definitely me.

sure can! it's just half square triangles mainly.

for each 8 inch block I used:
4-2.5 inch red/white HST
2-2.5 inch blue/white HST
2-2.5 by 4.5 inch blue rectangles
2-2.5 by 6.5 inch blue rectangles
(seam allowance has been added)

Thank you so much. I think I'll use a light sage green background and look for other Christmas candy blocks. My grandkids will love it too.

It's great that you can leave it the way that it is. I think I would do the same. That will add to the "story" of the quilt. Love those blocks. :thumbup:
