I'm making a turtle quilt. I have several different fabrics with the turtle theme on them & I was wondering if I should me the 9-patches from all the same material or how it would look like using different fabrics in each different 9-patch. How much fabric measurement would I need to make 18 blocks of 4" finished size?

Thanks, turtlerouge
