I hang mine on the wall behind my computer. Along with my thread. It's in the dining room but that's my sewing corner.

Wow. Beautiful room. I just got my own room, and I will look to yours for inspiration!

You have the greatest layout in your sewing room. Did you build the room special for your sewing room or did you kust luck out and find a house with this wonderful multi purpose room just waiting with your name on it...LOL

Thank you. No it's just one of the spare bedrooms upstairs, and small at that, 9' x 12'. I use the adjoining bedroom as well, along with the attached garage, LOL

There are photos of my sewing areas on my blog if you're interested.

I love your sewing room. My husband recently made me a wonderful sewing table and matching side cabinets. The peg board would be a wonderful solution for additional organization. Please tell me what kind of sewing chairs you have. My dining room chair is killing me. Thanks, Mona

I use an old walnut wall pocket to hold my smaller rulers. The big ones I hang on the wall. Love my wall pocket that I had frommy old house, just reused it!

I have a folding kitchen cart with shelves and wheels for my cutting table. I drilled holes on the back/long side and then put small bolts through to hold my rulers. I did put on the nuts to keep the rulers in place.

At a quilting retreat we were each given a hanging ruler holder. It is made of fabric with a top loop to hang it on something. This is hanging on one of the above bolts.

I also use those ring style belt holders. The ring is just right for putting on my specialized rulers. Those are hanging from the side of the bookcase in my 'studio.'

Wall space is at a premium in my place. There isn't room for a stand alone ruler holder either.

Guess you find what you like that fits your space.
