    I found and bought a Universal brand sewing machine it is Black with Gold writing the only #'s found was at botton after you raise it up like to clean or ect. #'s are W300795 it is electric I was just wondering if someone could tell me about how old it is.It does work only straight and reverse,that all it has. thank you

    We'd really need more information to help you out...plus a picture would truly help. It may be a singer clone but I'm not totally sure.
