Look what my DH got me at Jo-Anns. WE have a new store and it is a super store. All cutting surplies are 50% off till Sunday. And my DH used my scissors. My good scissors. I could have got more. But I did not need them.

gingher 5" knife sewing scissors
gingher 45 mm rotary cutter & spare blade

Great gifts - I have gingher scissors but that rotary cutter looks top of the line. Let us know how great it works.

You'll have to let us know if the gingher rotary cutter is worth the price. I saw it in the flyer, but my old Olfa has been working fine for 20 years now!

FYI : I bought the Gingher, and still prefer my old ones. It's solid and nice but not the feel I prefer. :) Just my opinion.

Ditto!
My feelings exactly. I will use it but prefer my big olfa! This is not to say that I'm not using the gingher cutter. It works great just not my first choice. I think it's mainly the size.

I got a vacuum for Mother's Day one year. I had to convince the shop owner that it was okay for my husband to buy me one!
