Take a look at this: http://www.quiltingboard.com/tutoria...a-t192250.html. It just might inspire you to use assorted scraps for some wonderful looking quilts!

Looks like garment factory cut-aways. I have been given lots of these. Lots of fun to use them up in charity quilts.

I'm another lover of scrap quilts so I vote for an assortment of fabrics. When doing charity quilts for kids I like to use a lot of different fun fabrics.

here is a link for a scrappy quilt show right here on the board. while you have a variety of scraps, i would say challenge yourself and create a scrappy masterpiece. hopefully the quilts in this thread can help to give you some inspiration.

try these directions and see if they help. you must reduce the size of your pics for them to upload.

After you typed in your message under 'quick reply' and you want to add pics:

1) click 'go advanced' (in blue letters)
2) scroll down to 'manage attachments' (in blue) and click on it
3) click 'browse' to bring up your pics
4) dbl. click on the pic you want
5) click 'upload' (in blue)
6) dbl. click on pic #2, etc. and follow dir. for ea add'l pic
7) click 'close this window'
8) click 'submit' (in blue)

Before you go through all these steps, first make sure the pics are not over 1 MB or they won't load. Hope this helps.
