I recognize some of those prints-used them in I Spy quilts for children-kids love finding all the different objects/animals in a quilt. It is hard to tell from the photo but the scraps look different shapes. If so I would make an 8 or 10 inch crazy quilt block, fun & easy, make rows of the blocks together or alternate the crazy quilt block with a solid color block to soften the various prints & colors. I make many quilts that way, I use white in between the many colored blocks.
Those scraps will make up into a beautiful quilt however you do it.

Definitely an assortment! The more different patterns you use, the scrappier your quilt is! Looks like you hit the mother lode!

Assortment...if there are longer strips, save them for a scrappy binding! Love those!
