I will have names set aside for those that are actually wanting to do 2 centers, but those people will be set aside to step in in case someone has to drop out. Then, one of the people who would like to do 2 centers can step into the spot of the one that has dropped out.
Clear as mud?
Terri, I have to give it to you, that is great thinking.

That's the nice thing about an RR - you set the tone for your top. The rest of us have to figure out what to add to it. I believe that the rules are flexible enough to where you can state a certain expectation (like "add color to my rows" - or "please stick to these [...] colors" or "I like the rustic look" ....) without limiting the other participants.
Thanks! I think that is what I will do then.

Terri, that's an excellent plan. Our group has had a few bumps in the road and unfortunately had one participant who needed to drop out for circumstances beyond her control. The rest of us in the group are subbing for her as needed by adding an extra round to each top in her place. As coordinator of our group I am deeply grateful for the rest of those I'm sharing this IRR with, who have so generously stepped in with extra time and material to do a substitution round. It has been a lot of fun to work on these and I'm glad to have had the chance to do extra work as needed. Some I wish I could just keep for good! (Ooops, did I write this out loud?? Don't tell my group!! LOL.)

Sew cornie....I am like you...there are some centers I cried about when I had to send them back out. Some are just so beautiful in person, pictures don't do them justice! There have been a few that I have said outloud...nope, sorry, gonna keep it. lmao

I have been in both 1 & 2....I told myself I would sit this one out. But now that the time has come to think about signing up for another I might have changed my mind again...sounds like I have some time to think about it.

Thanks for the $ info guys.

Are you saying that there's an option to not do international? I'd love the variety but if there's a USA only group I can definately handle the expense.

Terri...great idea about the "wanna do 2-fers"...

I'm always amazed at how many different ideas there are for centers. It is soo much fun to work on things that are different from something that you would normally do...different styles, different colors...I know I've learned a ton on each RR. There is so much talent on this board, that its so much fun to see what everyone comes up with!
