I found this block online but it didn't include a pattern. Can anyone help me??? I believe it's called Spinning Tulips.

That is the center that Judy G is using for her round robin. Maybe you can PM her and ask her about it??

It appears to be a Drunkard's Path variant with the square edges very wispy. Easy to figure out & draft.

Kathy, that is my center for the Round Robin (Group 7) this year and is a pattern by Lynn Mann. You can find it at
http://www.quiltsbylyn.com/patterns1.htm It's about 3/4 of the way down the page.

It is really a beautiful pattern and easy to do. You use a 3" Creative Curve Ruler that makes it super easy.
