Default T-Shirts Quilt

I have my grand daughters shirts which I know have been washed. However some may have been rinsed with fabric
softener. Should I wash them again?

If you plan on using a fusible web you probably should.

Definitely. My friend Cindi has made several and she recommends washing and not using any kind of fabric softener, liquid or dryer sheet.

Absolutely. Fabric softener can cause the interfacing not to adhere correctly.

When in doubt, wash everything.

I have made T shirt quilts for my grandsons and I just steam pressed the shirts and then I ironed on the knit interfacing and cut to size. These quilts have lasted for years without any problems.
