Thanks, Diana! It must have looked really funny seeing me dance around the house yesterday! I felt like I had really accomplished something, that I could see the block I needed within the structure of Rose Window. I guess I will won't be looking at quilts in quite the same way anymore. Woohoo!! Can we have a video? Just teasing <grin>

You are right to be proud of your accomplishments! The hardest step is looking at a pattern and teasing out the underlying structure. After that, it's all decoration.

Sorry, can't do that dance again! It sure was a great feeling, I had stuck with lessons and learned what I've wanted to do all along, how to take a quilt that I like and make something similar.
Went to a small quilt show this past weekend, and got some great pictures of quilts. Several I really want to try myself! That's all I need, is some place to start then I can give it my own twist. Take care, Chris
