I found a lone star quilt kit my mom had years ago. The pieces are cut, but the directions tell you to use a foundation for the piecing. What do you use? Can you use stablizer or
    do you use muslin?
    Thanks,
    Sandy

You could use either, which ever you prefer. A lone star can easily get out of shape. A foundation is a good idea.
