Do any of you ladies know where I could fine a Southern Lady.
This pattern is a little different. The head & body are embroidery
The skirt is made of 4 or 5 strips of fabric, shorter at waist line
and longer at the hem. Also each strip has lace. I saw this quilt
at a quilt show this month but cannot get a picture of the quilt.

Try searching google for the Southern Belle, Colonial Lady or Parasol Girl quilt patterns. You might also check embroidery design sites.

Do you mean narrow at the waist line and wider at the hem? I've seen a pillowcase with this Southern Belle type block. I think it's an old pattern from Aunt Martha's.
