Just wondering if any of you have heard of SPX Fabrics...?

It's a quilt-shop-only (QSO) line that's produced by Spectrix. Apparently they've been making a few QSO collections each season, but this is the first time that I've seen them with the new SPX branding.

They have some very nice groups coming for 2010, including a dogs-and-pheasants group, and a snowman group, and my favorite was an absolutely charming "Precious Moments" nursery group. The rep did have cloth samples, and they were of nice quality, with good crisp printing and nice, soft feel to the fabric.

Please chime in and let me know if you've ever heard of SPX .... or if you've ever seen Spectrix fabrics offered in any Quilt Shops ... or if you've only them in the chain stores.

Here are a few pictures of the fabrics in that line. There's also a border stripe, a stripe of all solid pastel colors, and some big fun polka dots. Plus another one with the animals, but without the dots behind them.

I've been told that these new prints are supposed to be available sometime in January. But... new prints are often a month late!

Have you tried on-line sites that specialize in out of date fabrics? I have found several old collections this way.
