Default squares

Does anybody know where I can order squares in whole numbers. I want a 7/8/9/10 inch square. Everything I see on line and in stores are 7.5 etc. I don't want that half inch for the projects I need. I don't do well with my eyesight trying to read rulers so want the squares.
Thanks,
Evelyn

If you don't want all the writting on the square, you can go to Lowes, and have templates made to the exact size you want. They sell plexiglass sheets that they will cut to size. You should be able to get a piece for under $15, and have them cut all the templates you need.

layer cakes are generally 10" squares...charms are 5" squares those are the only pre-cuts i know of that do not have the 1/2" seam allowance added.

Another possibility ... do you have someone nearby that you could "trade" .... they cut for you, and you do something for them?

My Local quilting store offers cutting service for a nominal charge. Maybe yours does too.

Remember 7 1/2" block will give you a finished 7" block. Even size blocks will finish at 3 1/2"-4-1/2" 5-1/2", and on and on.

I think the person wants square templates cut in whole number sizes that she can use like the rulers that can be used with rotary cutters.

Again, we have an excellent plastic company here in Phoenix that will cut to size whatever I want. They do not etch or otherwise mark the templates.

If you can't find something nearby, let me know and I can find out the cost for you.
