    LOL!! About ten years too late with that one! Another not to do- don't make a Dresden plate as your first quilt and do NOT make a scalloped border for that Dresden Plate! Especially if you are scissor cutting all the pieces, since I didn't have a rotary cutter back then!

    Mitered corners are not the best choice for first timers either!
