Who woulda thunk- a stethoscope cover. By golly, that's beats all things I've heard of being made. :)

For all you head scratchers and who would have thunk it's. From personal experience, you can't cut the legs off a stethoscope. They will disappear quicker than donuts at a police convention. Anything that you can do to make it unique and highly visible is a good thing.

In 5 years we've bought my lady 3 new scopes and a good one isn't cheap. All have been "borrowed" never to be returned.

Another option for stethoscope covers is to crochet with knit-cro-sheen crochet thread.

Make a chain of single crochet to fit around stethoscope and single crochet in spirals to needed length. (Have to remove stethoscope bell to slip over tubing and replace bell.)

I used to make fabric covers, but the crochet ones last longer.
