Does anyone know how to stack and tuft so I can avoid 'flabbiness' and puckering? Please give detailed instructions if possible.

If you're referring to stacking the three layers together to baste them before quilting then I can refer you to a thread that has already dealt with this :) ...

Otherwise, I'm just as confused as Loretta as to what you're needing. If you're not referring to basting, then perhaps you could clarify a bit. Thanks. :)
