May be more involved than you want, but she gives tips on shirt deconstruction. There also is Bonnie Hunter's site:

http://www.quiltville.com

Love all the quilts posted. I'm in the middle of piecing 3 quilts from shirts.
Thanks for links, think the seven shirts does look a little complicated but really appreciate the info on how to cut up the shirt. Bonnie hunter has lots of lovely patterns, I think I will have plenty of material to make more than one quilt so once this one is done will probably pick one of the more complicated (to me) suggestions that have been made to make when I have more time.

Thanks to all who have replied will let you know how I get on Eileen

LOVE this quilt & the colors - just finishing a sm. lap quilt for friend in cancer trtmt ctr from charm packs, & wish I had thought of this. The charm pk blocks were simple, & turning out OK, but think this is much prettier & more interesting. (Will definately 'save' this pic for future use)

Your welcome! it was the easiest quilt i ever made. i got all the fabrics at Joanns. from the Legacy line i think. so cheery! my SIL's outside furniture is a mix of Chocolate browns and that flourcent green..so pretty. i made this for her swing..

when i save pictures here, of quilts i love, i name the quilt after the board name of the person who made it, so if i have any questions, i know who to contact!

I am loving the quilt pics that have been shared, and BellaBoo's tumbler flag quilt, too!

I bookmarked the 7 shirt quilt! Great.

Thank you, everyone!

How about a bow tie arrangement using the 10 min. tile method?

How about a simple rail fence, using only three colors for each block. Maybe a snowball, or 4-patch with rectangles on all 4 sides. Bow tie, pinwheel.
