Thanks to everyone for their ideas and compliments. I've decided to go with loops and leaves. I tried including flowers and butterflies as well but I kept getting confused. I think keeping it simple is best.

It really depends on your level of expertise...but l'd do spirals. Lots & lots of spirals for all those pinwheels!

Hi Indy, have you washed your Boundless Botanicals quilt yet? I'm wondering if it bleeds.

I think echoing the pinwheels would make them stand out even more than they already do!

Your quilt is beautiful. Let us see what it looks like after you quilt it.

I love the quilt!! I agree others - a stipple or loops with either flowers or simple leaves as suggested by Pagzz and Sephie would look great imho.

I haven't washed this particular quilt, but I've used other boundless botanicals fabrics, including dark purple, and while I don't prewash, I do starch yardage by immersing in a water/starch solution and none of them bled.
