Go to start, programs, accessories, windows explorer
on the left hand side find your pictures folder, open, on the right hand side find a picture you want and click on it. Choices panel comes up. click preview, on the windows screen go to the top and click fix, on the right side click crop and adjust the window to show only what you want to see, hit apply, x out and it will take you back and your pic will be larger.
I have a folder that I save all of my .jpg's in so that I can get to them quickly.
