I am so happy to read they are going to resolve this issue.
I did read the story this morning and was a bit annoyed at this company.

so happy you pursued this issue & it resulted in a win-win situation. I can only imagine Northcott's reaction to postings on this board - they were wise to make their customer happy especially with the support you have!

Like the suggestion that you make a quilt for yourself too while hubby is deployed - hugs to you -

He did say someone had called him, asked me if I had posted about it. I told him I had but that I would let everyone know he had made things right.

By all means, send this message to the president of Northcott. Don't mess around with the underlings. It will get results. Northcott should be ashamed.
