It's a lovely pattern & one on my "Someday " list. I like Annaquilts idea; bigger blocks & a smaller quilt! (I only make lap size anyway!) PP sounds great also! Go for it!

Do you have a source for a PP pattern for Storm at Sea? I have always LOVED this pattern and want to make one, too.

Hi! I PP'd one a couple of years ago. Pattern was by Cindy Edgerton. I checked her website, couldn't find it, but check this out http://www.generations-quilt-pattern...sea-quilt.html

I have made 2, both paper pieced. Turned out perfect, and they are beautiful. Give it a try.

They're very pretty, but I don't think I will be making one any time soon. Good luck if you decide to do it. Post a pic for all of us...maybe some will change their minds.
