Blue quilt...
Somewhere I saw a Blue quilt. It was done in various shades of Blue. NO Yellow and very little Cream/White...Mostly Blues. I think it was mostly star blocks.
Does anyone have any ideas or patterns for such an idea? It was elegant.
I would really like to try one of these and any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
K

There's a free BOM online called Betty's Blue Birds. http://www.dreamcastlequilts.com/?page_id=2405
This blue/white quilt is just 4patches and the large diamond from Storm at Sea. http://www.cvquiltworks.com/media/ga..._w500_h500.JPG
Here's another one: http://users.value.net/pirate/quilti...laxy/index.htm

I did an all blue quilt for my husband (then, boyfriend). I did the snail's trail block, paper pieced using light and dark blues, making the pattern into a tesselation. IMHO,it was a beautiful quilt.

I've made one from www.quiltville.com called My Blue Heaven. Blues and neutrals, stars and album blocks, easy, too.
