In talking and finding more counted cross stitch patterns for Christmas stocking I came across 18 patterns by Paula Vaughan for Leisure Arts. Everyone of them shows a cross stitched patchwork quilt in a country scene. Six of the patterns are in leaflet form then there is a booklet with a pattern for each month of the year. Oooooooooh, if only I can live long enough!

I love her!! She has the most amazing patterns!!! My favorite shows a Victorian era mother helping her daughter dress for her wedding while seeing her little girl reflection in the mirror.

My daughter did this one for me several years ago - and I cried like a baby. It took her about 6 mos and she vowed to never pick up another needle! :) I love anything Paula Vaughn.

I bought quite a few of her patterns back in the day and even did some of the ones with quilts on them! I still have the patterns somewhere! So if anyone is looking, let me know!
