The Thangles Block
Thangles uses a very pretty block on their packages and website. It's kinda their logo. You can see it at the top left of their website home page http://www.thangles.com/orderprojectpacks.html
Does anyone have the pattern for that block or direct me on where to find it?

Sorry, I don't know the name of this block ... it can take on different looks, dependent on keeping it in two fabrics, or choosing an assortment of fabrics.
Being that it's Thangles site, then you'd just use a bunch of HSTs.
Just draw out a square 6 blocks by 6, and shade in which way the HSTs need to face to make this one.
Then lay out your HSTs, and stitch them together in rows.

Thanks Jacquie, that would be great if you find it in EQ! I looked at quilterscache, I didn't recognize it, but could have overlooked it because they have so much.

Get yourself some graph paper and colored pencils and play with drawing it out yourself. If you don't have EQ, you will find learning to graph blocks yourself to be a very valuable tool!
This particular block is a 9-patch base, go from there, it's easier than you think!

I am working on Thangles Series 7 Buck a Block. On the back of one of the patterns they have a chart that shows that block (no pattern) but the sizes of the blocks that you can make. It is a 12" finished block with 36 units (half square triangles and 4 solid squares) using the 2" (2.5" strip)size Thangles. If you want a 9" finished block you would use a 1.5" Thangle.
Also, the patterns that they give with the Buck a Block programs just have the measurements, how many HST units to make and a picture of the block. So it is pretty easy to figure out. 32 HSTs and 4 solid squares. Just make up the units and then lay them out in the block design and then sew them row by row.

the pattern is with the thangles-
and it is simply 1/2 square triangle blocks and arranged in that lay out- you could make up your triangle blocks-then looking at the picture lay them out & sew them together-you do not need a special pattern for that--it is just 6 rows of 6 blocks- (32) 1/2 square triangles and 4 corner blocks....laid out & sewn together.
