I spent all day washing and folding my fqs and yards of fabric after finding them on the floor of the closet yesterday morning. The front end washer works great. Dh went to the Dollar Tree this morning and purchased more mesh bags for me. I used them for the fqs and the jelly roll. There was not a lot of fraying (especially on the jelly roll strips) or bleeding. Best of all, all the cat hair was removed.

Now I have them stored in the plastic storage unit with doors on it that I purchased from Walmart a few years ago. There is no way the cats can get to them now.
