I have been trying to come up with an idea for a lap quilt for my nephew-he is 27 and recently paralized from the chest down in a motorcycle accident. He is doing pretty well now but I know he will appreciate "a hug from Aunt Val" on the rough days ahead. This looks like it will be the perfect quilt!! Thank you for posting the links and the pictures - which are beautiful by the way!
