I have this Grand Project that has come to me in the last couple of weeks. (No, you don't get to see it until there is something to see *g*) I got my drawing and a pattern to work from on my own, but this one is going to involve a whole bunch of things I don't do very much - like fusing, and machine applique and quilting. (I'm a machine piecer for the most part, and a hand quilter).

I spent today researching threads, needles, batting, and methods for what I want to make and I just want to let you all know what a great help this board has been, what with everyone's experiences using this product and that, and the links to outside sources. I didn't have a specific question that I could ask, just a general lack of knowledge about ... well, most all of it. The books that I have on these things are for the most part, pretty old and outdated, considering the products and methods that have evolved in the last decade or so.

    Again, thank you all!

Waving back at Indiana from Virginia!

Nope, if I talk about it, I'll jinx it. I know how my muse works. Trust me. But I am excited.

How's that for saying nothing, eh? LOL
