Default A thread nipper ?

I would like to try this tool. I cut w my left hand. Is there a version for left handed people?

If it's what I think it is... you should be able to use it with your left hand. I was a manicurist and the nipper was my favorite tool, and I had to use it with both hands to get it to a particular angle. I am not ambidextrous at all, either. You might find a nipper in a manicure kit that is cheaper.

Not sure what a nipper is.


Oops! Googled it. I have some of those....a very inexpensive variety. Don't "nip" so well. Would love to try the Ginghers.

check out www.wawak.com for thread clips and other great sewing stuff. My personal favorite is Mundial Light-weight (#IS-21). I've tried others and these are the perfect weight with excellent cutting. I have 6 of these beauties - one next to each sewing machine, serger, embroidery machines and one in my sewing travel totes.

I have the Gingher nippers and love them. They would work easily with either hand.

Those are the ones I use. They are so much easier to use than grabbing little scissors and putting your fingers in the holes. I lvoe them, too.

I have the Ginghers and love them. Go on their site to see if their right and left handed ones. I use them all the time.
