My sister and I bought a mid arm quilting machine. We need to

I like Connecting Threads Pro cone thread. Also Glide thread is becoming favorite for many long armers. http://www.bobbincentral.com/Quiltin...lies_s/233.htm

you have to join to buy but joining is free and now the site has free shipping.

Kingsmen Quilting is a good supply for Signature thread. I have used Signature exclusively but am tempted to try the Connecting Threads Pro too.

Do you use a different type of thread for the bobbin than you do for the top thread on a long arm machine? I have a Bernina 830 and am having problems getting the machine to stitch when on the frame and wonder if it is the thread.

I don't like to be a "Ditto" but I must in this instance...this is the best place bar none to go and learn about threads, needles, etc., plus the best threads on the market imho.
