Hi! I purchased a bag of misc. fabric at a thrift store today for $3.00. Some pieces are nice but there about 30 or more misc. pieces of fabric cut into bandana size pieces. There are some in Christmas, Halloween, fall, dog, and baby themes. Very strange mixture of fabrics. I am not sure what to do with these...Any ideas? I must do something with these right? Waste not want more :)...

Make a scrappy quilt. Maybe table runners/wall hangings with the holiday fabrics. Maybe some pot holders for Christmas.

Go to Quiltville.com Bonnie Hunters site, and read about her method of making scrappy quilts and controlling her stash. I started doing this, her book Leaders and Enders, I have enjoyed, and have 3 or 4 quilts in there I want to make.

Do you have any ideas for patterns that might work with these triangle cuts? I am at a loss but my creative juices are flowing with no where to go...

OH!! Dah...Now I get it, bandana as is triangle peices...some days I just have to laugh at myself. I would be the last person to ask Sewblessed as I am in a major slump for creative anything. But if I had found it I would sort by seasons and type and add to the ever expanding stash of fabric that I have. Can you post the sizes of the triangles? That might help.

Sounds like from a pet groomer they always put these on my dogs when I pick them up. They have different sizes also, small, med and large dogs. Start of a crazy quilt maybe?

Do you by any chance have an embroidery machine,if you do you could embroider some blocks to go with the themed fabric and make a walling to decorate for that holiday
