Just ran across this today. Looks neat-www.hazelsdiary.wordpress.com . Was just curious if anyone was doing or thinking about it.Looks like it's very un-time-consuming to do each day-cut a square or 4,flying geese,etc..
Lile I need another project going...

Hi Quiltingchick... Just spent some time looking at the 'quilt-a-long' blog. It looks very interesting and seems like it is moving slow enough that someone could catch up pretty easily. That would be very nice when you got behind too. I'll look at it again when I get home. Thanks for posting this, I think it would be fun.

That's what I was thinking.I could be caught up rather quickly. It looks like she's only got 3 or 4 complete blocks.I would even have to print each one out, just scroll up.I wonder if there's a supply list as the block links are not clickable..When I have a little time,I'll investigate.

I didn't see the supply list either.. but as I was reading I saw references to 'baggy #9' and so on.. so she must have a supply list and instructions someplace. Let us know if you find them.

I was also thinking this might work for someone who hasn't made many blocks.. It looked to me like she was going to start with the easy ones and work up.. not sure about that.. and don't know if she has the blocks listed in the order she plans on doing them.

Perhaps it might be a place for newbies to gain confidence. humm.. will have to look more closely.

If you read the 2009 entries, she goes over the list of supplies etc. It looks kinda interesting, I browsed the entries last night. Some days you just cut a square into 4 triangles and that is it for the day.

This sounds like a wonderful project. I think I will join in, but there is so much to catch up on, I may have to wait until January 2011. Thank you for sharing this.
