I could not do without my sewing gauge - the 6" adjustable ruler designed to turn up hems. It is lightweight, not bulky, adjustable, and just plain handy!!!!!!!!!!! Use it many times everyday. If you are not grabbing it to measure short distances, try it. Think you will find it invaluable also.

If you go to the top of this section Main (on the first page) you will see that they created a TIPS Page which is in bold letters since so many tips topics have been brought up in various forums here. It was a great idea for everyone to know where to go to share their tips. :-D

I agree. I use my 6" ruler all the time. Very handy.
