Default tool to mark less than 1/4 inch

A few weeks ago I was surfing the web and I came across a tool on a blog that allows you to mark less than a 1/4 inch if you want to hand stitch hexies instead of English Paper Piecing them.

This is not the Add a Quarter Ruler.

I did not write down the name of the tool or where to purchase it.

Has anyone else seen it and can you shed some light on this for me?

Thank you.

I haven't seen this tool.
When I see a picture of any quilt item I like, I click Pin It tab and it's saved on my Pinterest page and not on my computer. I can always find what I remember seeing somewhere even a year later.

I'd love to have this one! Have searched the web site as there is no number or name on the picture. Couldn't find anything under tools, rulers, etc. Do you have any more info for it? Thanks

OK, found it! Its called a Prep-Tool and you can search on it then scroll WAY down the page to find it!

Thank you ladies for searching this out for me and finding the tool. I am about to start a Hexie project sewing by hand and I did not want to use the EPP method.
